Three Fruit Marmalade

Our Three Fruit Marmalade is made from grapefruits, oranges and lemons in equal portions, with medium cut peel. Beautifully balanced, creating a wonderful tangy marmalade. 

Celebrating Saint George, the protector of England. Here we use Byzantine art to show the familiar icon of him killing the dragon.

Ingredients:

Sugar Oranges (22%), Grapefruits (8%), Lemonie Concentrated Lemon Juice, Gelling Agent:Pectin; Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid. Prepared with 35g Fruit per 100g Total Sugar content 69g per 100g
