Lamingtons

Our delicious Lamingtons, a vanilla sponge with a creamy filling, jam and strawberry dip, coated in coconut. A lamington is an Australian cake made from squares of butter cake or sponge cake coated in an outer layer of strawberry sauce and rolled in desiccated coconut.
